AVENUE JACK

Gut + New Construction Build for DC’s newest clothing retailer, the winner of Washington City Paper’s Best Men’s Apparel Store featuring stuff for guys.

The construction design build was a team collaboration of Green Touch and Avenue Jack, joining eclectic reclaimed materials with modern touches.

The Hand troweled acid stain concrete floor meets a salvaged reclaimed stripped and sealed Oak plank floor to give the space a real warm glow.

Metal Tin ceilings and rustic retail fixtures accompany the walls and properly showcase the carefully selected apparel and accessories.  The entirety of finishes, customer flow and return on SF are all masterfully appointed.

The body of achievement in this space is it’s efficiency maximizing every square inch of the footprint for customer experience.
