History
The Roadmap
Green Touch Builders was founded by Helga and Graham Morris on their personal belief to be something great! With a combination of construction and client-experience enhancement expertise, they began their journey in 2011 determined to help others achieve their greatness too. This mantra has continued to be the driving force of the products and services delivered by Green Touch Builders over the last decade. With Graham stepping back into the Director of Sales title, he is able to focus on improving health considerations as well as pivoting his talents to the aspect of the company he enjoys working in the most.
The aggregate expertise of the GTB team allows them to offer end-to-end services to clients – from developing real estate business proformas, to navigating the land entitlement process, to ultimately realizing the client’s vision into their dream space. As a team, they have fostered a network of expert craftsmen to deliver high grade workmanship using only leading quality materials. Their reputation as a safe, trustworthy group, capable of delivering complex projects on time and within budget became a reality as their culture of Excellence in Construction took hold.
