A Multi-Level Daycare Built Ground-Up in Ashburn
Higher Ground Education is a 7,721 sq ft design/build, ground-up daycare facility in Ashburn, VA. The multi-level structure was delivered through a true total-team approach — budget, schedule, and tenant requirements all locked in together, then executed against.
Full site improvements included pervious pavement over an underground water retainment system, an interior elevator for multi-level access, and a purpose-built outdoor playground — design and function requirements met end-to-end.
