An Exterior and Interior Transformation
Green Touch embraced the challenge of the architectural vision — to expand on the exterior dynamic of the property into the interior design using graceful curves and angles mixed with a captivating balance of textures and materials.
The Pond Building project featured complete exterior and interior building improvements — new lobbies, corridors, fully ADA restrooms, a new building fire alarm, exterior facade, new roof, travertine entry, and exterior treatments across approximately 35,000 sq ft of affected area.
