A Bright Remodel at National Harbor

This 1,200 sq ft Ben & Jerry's remodel at National Harbor is designed to enhance the customer experience end-to-end — a brand-new kitchen for treat prep, stylish ceramic tile throughout, and an upgraded point-of-sale area that streamlines service during peak hours.

The front-of-house was revitalized with new plumbing and warm wood paneling accents, and a striking new exterior storefront invites guests in from the boardwalk. Phased work kept the customer-facing refresh tight while back-of-house equipment was brought fully up to code.
