A Burger Bar Built for the People

Shell + new-construction build for Clarendon's best burger bar. The goal was an environment for kicking back with a great burger and a cold beer — locally produced, top-tier ingredients, the Burger Bar for the People.

Construction included a diversity of genuine relic fixtures and reclaimed Chicago industrial brick alongside a full bar and a commercial kitchen — with grease ducts and makeup air routed through the penthouse balcony above.

The result is a unique restaurant that mixes open floor space with custom finishes and a durable kit-of-parts that can handle a Friday-night rush.
