A Rooftop Lounge With a View
Green Touch was tasked with fulfilling a vision for a "user experience" on this one — beyond construction, we were ever-conscious of how the space would be used and experienced. That required working closely with owners, architects, and visual designers synergistically toward a common goal.
Washington, DC's Penthouse Rooftop Lounge + Bar — built alongside our friends at VIDA Fitness — features full commercial kitchens, bar assemblies, a dumbwaiter, gas fire pits, a raised teak floor, and a 4th-floor sun deck lounge bar wrapped with custom cabanas.
The proper location to relax and enjoy DC. Architecture provided by SV Architects.
