A Reclaimed-Material Build for DC's Best Men's Shop

A gut and new-construction design-build for DC's newest clothing retailer — winner of Washington City Paper's Best Men's Apparel Store, featuring a carefully curated selection of apparel and accessories for guys.

The construction design-build was a team collaboration of Green Touch and Avenue Jack — joining eclectic reclaimed materials with modern touches. Hand-troweled acid-stain concrete meets salvaged, reclaimed, stripped-and-sealed oak plank flooring to give the space a real warm glow.

Metal tin ceilings and rustic retail fixtures frame the walls and showcase the merchandise. Every fixture, fitting room, and display was shaped around the brand.
