Frontier Airlines is leading its industry — in complaints, that is.

The Denver-based carrier, which flies out of Orlando, had 14.4 complaints for every 100,000 passengers in February, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation. The nation’s top 13 airlines, by contrast, had only 1.97.
