67-acre, 238-lot subdivision proposed in Gwinnett County

A big Gwinnett County residential project that was stalled by the Great Recession in 2007 may now move forward.

Developers have asked the Gwinnett County Planning Commission to approve development of a 67-acre, 238-lot subdivision in northern Gwinnett County. Prior to the Great Recession, the property was slated to part of a large-scale neighborhood development called The Villages at Ivy Creek.
