Burlesque joint or strip club? Chinatown wonders about the latest

The latest proposed addition to the roaring-back-to-life Penn Quarter-Chinatown area has some neighbors a bit rattled. They call the planned Royal Jelly nightclub a strip club. The developer calls it a future home to burlesque shows.
