Owners of Ballantyne Village retail center and parking deck settle dispute

The owners of the Ballantyne Village retail center and the owner of its parking deck have reached a settlement that will end a long-running dispute over parking at the south Charlotte retail center and pave the way for additional development.

MV Ballantyne Village, the company that owns the center, has reached a settlement with Ballantyne Village Parking, the company that owns the parking garage at Ballantyne Village and two vacant development pads.
