Renters rejoice: 2 Ohio counties among most affordable in U.S.

The market for renters is booming in the U.S., and Ohio is a viable option for renters as two of the top 10 most affordable markets for home rentals are in the Buckeye Stare, according to a report from RealtyTrac.

In fact, the most affordable area in the nation for renting a three-bedroom home is Delaware County around Columbus, where rents average just 14 percent of the median income.

In addition, Warren County also sits in the top 10, where home rentals account for 17 percent of median income.
