Alabama residential sales jump 33 percent in March
Alabama residential sales continued to climb in March.
According to new data released by the Alabama Center for Real Estate, there were 4,289 units sold in March, a 33 percent jump from February’s closings and 19 percent higher than March of last year.
The number was also 25 percent higher than the five-year average of 3,426 units from 2010-2014.
The median sales price also increased 8 percent over February to $130,363.
