AutoZone's taking over the former South Minneapolis Walgreens space

An AutoZone will replace the South Minneapolis Walgreens store that recently moved across Lyndale Avenue at 54th Street.

The Memphis-based auto parts retailer is leasing 8,580 square feet and plans to open in mid-July, spokesman Ray Pohlman said.
