Boston buyer acquires high-end Franklin apartments

A Boston investment firm has spent $37.25 million to bolster its Middle Tennessee portfolio.

According to public records, Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV) acquired the Grove at Shadow Green high-end apartment complex. It’s located a couple of miles south of downtown Franklin.
