City View Village sold to Houston real estate investor

Whitestone REIT bought City View Village in San Antonio for $6.3 million, marking the Houston-based real estate investment trust’s third property in the San Antonio area.

City View Village is located across the street from another Whitestone property, The Strand at Huebner Oaks. Whitestone bought The Strand from the previous owners last year for $18 million.
