Denver official indicted, accused of taking bribe to help get DIA contract

A Denver grand jury has indicted a city employee, Larry Stevenson, on accusations he accepted $5,500 in cash in return for trying to help a local business get a deal to run parking operations at Denver International Airport, Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey announced.

Stevenson works in Denver’s Excise and Licensing Department as a supervisor overseeing inspectors.
