District Energy buys St. Paul's Jenne Building

District Energy, the the St. Paul nonprofit that heats and cools much of the city’s downtown, will move its headquarters to the Jenne Building after buying the historic property for $1.73 million.

The Pioneer Press reports on the plan for the building, a four-story art-moderne style structure at St. Peter Street and Kellogg Boulevard.
