Dr. Pepper, Snapple bottler inks deal for 60K SF Orlando warehouse

The company that bottles drinks like Dr. Pepper, 7-Up and Snapple has a new warehouse/distribution center in Central Florida.

Plano, Texas-based The American Bottling Co. Inc. signed a lease for a 60,000-square-foot industrial space at 1181 Tradeport Dr. west of Orlando International Airport in Orlando. Bo Bradford and Tom McFadden of Lee & Associates-Central Florida represented the landlord, Tract 27 AIPO LLC, while David Murphy and Monica Wonus of CBRE Inc. in Orlando represented the tenant.
