(Exclusive) Popular Chinese restaurant plans second Dayton-area location

A popular Chinese and Japanese restaurant in Dayton is planning a second location.

CJ Chan, located at 536 Wilmington Pike in Dayton, has leased space for a second restaurant on Alex Bell Road in Moraine in the same center as Chappys Tap Room and Grille.

The restaurant leased 1,800-square-foot and is in the process of designing the space, said Mike Palmer, a broker with Irongate Realtors who represented the restaurant owners. Palmer said within 30 days he expects the owners to begin remodeling…
