Hickory Chase senior housing complex redevelopment set to move forward in Hilliard

The redevelopment of the Hickory Chase senior housing complex in Hilliard may get pushed forward 18 months after investors bought the project out of foreclosure.

Hilliard City Council on Monday will consider a rezoning of the 85.5-acre tract to allow market-rate apartments, commercial office and medical office uses as part of the revamped development plan south of Davidson Road between Leap Road and Britton Parkway.
