International Spy Museum pitches new location

The International Spy Museum plans to relocate to a new $100 million building at L’Enfant Plaza in the next two years, the Washington Business Journal has learned.

The museum wants to build a 100,000-square-foot, six-story building at 900 L’Enfant Plaza, occupying a portion of the open plaza adjacent to the shuttered L’Enfant Plaza hotel. The JBG Cos. owns the site and plans to build its own office building on part of the plaza some day.
