KBS to pump $6.5 million into Clayton office building overhaul

Officials with KBS, the California-based real estate firm that bought the 19-story office tower at 101 S. Hanley Road in Clayton earlier this year, say they’ll invest more than $6.5 million into rebranding the building as Hanley Corporate Tower.

The rebranding includes a new fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge, renovated building lobby, restroom enhancements and elevator modernization.

KBS bought the building for $62.25 million from Duke Realty.
