KCATA issues RFP for 3rd and Grand public-private development

The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority is looking for a developer with vision to help it build on its property in the River Market.

The KCATA, together with the Downtown Council of Kansas City and the city, wants a transit-oriented development to replace a 190-space surface parking lot near the intersection of Third Street and Grand Boulevard.
