A new restaurant and brewery concept is coming to the University of New Mexico corridor, directly across from its main campus. Lobo Beast 101 is a brand new idea from Sham Naik, the restaurateur who has operated B2B Bistronomy for about three years in Nob Hill. Naik and his crews have been building out a 7,500-square-foot space at 2122 Central Ave. SE that was formerly the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy.
