Long-vacant Finney Library in Milwaukee could be reborn as artist incubator
The long-shuttered Finney Library on North Avenue could be sold to Milwaukeean Matt Bohlmann, who wants to restore the building into an incubator for local artists.
Also this week, housing industry vets Richard Ruvin and Katie Falk are teaming up at Coldwell Banker.
The city-owned Finney Library sits on the busy corner of West North Avenue and North Sherman Boulevard, and has been vacant for a decade or more. At least two developers have unsuccessfully attempted projects on the site in years past.…
