Monument Realty to build new headquarters for NAB near Nats Park

The National Association of Broadcasters announced Monday that it will move its headquarters from Dupont Circle to a new 10-story office building in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood.

The site, at M and South Capitol streets SE, is controlled by Monument Realty and Angelo, Gordon & Co. It is the last of Monument’s Navy Yard-area parcels.
