NVR on Key: Redevelopment planned for aging Rosslyn apartment complex

Metro Rosslyn Apartments’ days are numbered.

NVR Inc., in partnership with landowner Insight Property Group, has submitted preliminary plans with Arlington County to replace the aging apartment complex at 1411-1417 Key Blvd. with a new multifamily building and townhomes.
