Oil industry, anti-frackers take arguments to Texas Capitol

The showdown between Texas cities and the state’s oil and gas industry took center stage Monday in the House Energy Resources Committee meeting.

Rep. Drew Darby, R-San Angelo, has filed House Bill 40 to combat what has been dubbed this session as the “Denton ban.”
