GTB was tasked with fulfilling a vision for a “User-Experience” in this project. Beyond construction we are ever-conscience of how the space will be used & experienced. This required working closely with owners, architects and visual designers syergenically towards this common goal.

Washington D.C., Penthouse Rooftop Lounge + Bar with our friends at VIDA Fitness. Featuring full commercial kitchens, bar assemblies, dumbwaiter, gas fire pits, raised teak floor, 4th Floor sun deck lounge bar, wrapped with custom cabanas. The proper location to relax and enjoy D.C. Architecture provided by SVS Architects.
