GTB embraced the challenge of the architectual vision to expand upon exterior dynamic of the property into the interior design using graceful curve and angles mixed with a captivating balance of textures and materials.

The Pond Bldg project featuring complete exterior + interior building improvements. New lobbies, corridors, fully ADA restrooms, new bldg fire alarm, exterior facade+roof+travertine entry, and exterior treatments approx 35,000 SF of affected area.
