Raleigh apartment complex to get a $5.8M makeover from new owner

It started as “The Players Club” in Raleigh, a northwest Raleigh singles community, constructed in 1987.

Today, the 396-unit apartment complex, dubbed “The Falls,” has a new owner and a new strategy – one that, according to PRG Real Estate, will transform the dated property (think laminate counter tops and euro-style cabinets) into a “hip modern community.”
