Tuscana West space to become Pennsylvania 6, from City Tap House owners
A new upscale restaurant and raw bar from the team behind City Tap House will open in the former Tuscana West space in downtown D.C.
The restaurant, Pennsylvania 6, will take all of the former Italian restaurant’s space and then some for more than 9,000 square feet, according to Chris Coco, one of the owners of the restaurants’ parent, Public House Investments.
