Graham Morris is responsible for guiding leadership and management of the company, including executive guidance for the company's financial management + planning, corporate operations, risk assessment, project estimating, and business development. He has a commitment to giving back to the community personally and through corporate giving to various local organizations including Youth For Tomorrow and Food For The Hungry. Graham is on the Board of Advisors for Loudoun County's YMCA with a mission of service to underpriveledged families in the community.
Eric Klotz is responsible for new business development at the company. He provides executive oversight on estimating, pre-construction, design build partnerships, and guidance with production team assembly. He provides executive leadership for the company's training and staff development programs and overall leadership defining the company's corporate culture.
Nilou Mazloumi is responsible for the company's Estimating and pre-construction programs. She has an Architecture and Construction degree and assists with the company's strategic planning and operations support.
Brian Kuykendall has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He provides senior leadership and direction for the company's production, scheduling, material + methods scope identification + direction, and provides overall executive leadership for defining the company's corporate culture. He is directly responsible for the company's operations.
Michael Kestner provides onsite management of construction, and assists our project team in all aspects of production.
He brings over 30 years of experience overseeing construction activities, scheduling, quality control, specializing in interior finishes, fine finish carpentry.
Carlos Ramirez brings expertise managing larger multi phased projects. He is directly responsible for growing the company safety program and integrating our sub-vendor team compliance. He brings 10 years of experience specifically in the building demolition + construction sector.
Edgar Ramirez brings expertise managing interior projects + retail health + fitness. He is directly responsible for growing the company safety program and integrating our-vendor team compliance. He brings 13 years of construction experience in the building demolition + construction sector.
Gerson Rodriguez brings 20 years of construction experience, primarily in residential production home industry. He has managed construction framing of over 400 new homes across Wash DC market, and has a wealth of experience completing commercial construction projects ranging from new construction to tenant interiors.
Helga Morris leads project account administration including accounts receivable, payable, and administers the company’s human resource management program. She assists in all aspects of a project life cycle, from preconstruction to post construction support.
Gesselle Amaya leads project administration activities, including preconstruction service assembly, bid coordination, project training administration and liaison from project management to the accounting team. She actively manages our subcontractor supplier relationships.
