​Starbucks building in Tempe sells for $2.4M

A Scottsdale Road Starbucks building has sold for 538,000 skinny vanilla lattes – or $2.42 million to Silicon Valley buyers

The building is located at the Scottsdale and McKellips roads in Tempe. It houses a Starbucks, where you can get the aforementioned skinny vanilla lattes for around $4.50 per drink.

TEMK Investments Fremont LLC bought the Scottsdale Road building from SWC Scottsdale & McKellips LLC.

TEMK is based in San Jose. SWC is based in Scottsdale.
