VIDA’s newest location is strategically divided into sections to maximize members and guests’ wellness experience exhibiting a highly-stylized atmosphere that has become the hallmark of VIDA Fitness. Like its VIDA counterparts, throughout the Mt. Vernon facility VIDA’s inventive and creative design is separated into transitional spaces through the use of texture and color featuring a variety of health, fitness and personal training services.
