A look inside SkyHouse Dallas’ luxury tower in Victory Park

After hosting a rooftop cocktail party Thursday during much warmer weather, SkyHouse Dallas officially has opened, and some residents have already made the luxury tower their home.

About 12 percent of the 24-story, 336-unit tower at 2320 N. Houston St. in Victory Park has already leased. The tower is owned by Atlanta-based Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Co.
