Science Applications International Corp. CEO Tony Moraco enjoyed a healthy bump in pay during the company’s first full year of independence.

For SAIC’s fiscal 2015, which ended Jan. 30, Moraco earned $5.77 million, compared with $5.47 million the year before. Of that, his salary increased to $905,769, from $737,019 — still a bit below the median in the market, according to the company’s April 24 proxy — and his cash incentive payment was $1.14 million, compared with $806,055 the prior year.…
