Akridge sells last parcel by Nats Park as longtime Half Street owners move on

The total turnover of Half Street is now complete.

Akridge, which in February sold off the majority of its Half Street Southeast holdings — on the west side of Half, steps from Nationals Park — to the JBG Cos. for $45 million, has now dispatched the remainder, a three quarters of an acre parcel at 25 M St. SE.
