Another project slated for Cumberland River's east bank downtown
The days of the Cumberland River’s east bank in downtown Nashville laying dormant from a development perspective could be coming to an end.
We already know Texas-based Topgolf plans to develop an entertainment center on 22 acres at Cowan and Spring Streets. Nearby, Chicago-based investor Don Allen recently revealed plans for 60 acres of land he’s bought up over the past 15 years, proposing almost 2,000 apartments and town homes and nearly 2 million square feet of office space.
