Aronson acquires Deltek’s GSA schedule consulting business

Rockville-based Aronson LLC has acquired Washington Management Group, Deltek’s GSA schedule consulting business.

Financial terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.

Deltek acquired the Washington Management Group business for $26 million in 2011.

Aronson says the acquisition makes it the leading full-service GSA schedule consulting practice in the nation. Aronson’s Government Contract Services Group provides accounting services for government contractors.
