Babcock & Wilcox discloses full slate of execs for spinoff

The Babcock & Wilcox Co. has listed the full slate of executives for the spinoff Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Inc. in its first formal Securities and Exchange Commission filing on the coming division of the company.

Other than the new executives, the filing leaves several questions unanswered. The timing of the spinoff, as well as the number of shares that will created in the new company for distribution to B&W’s shareholders, remain blanks to be filled in later.
