Bankruptcy judge casts doubt on Standard General's RadioShack deal

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Brendan Shannon reportedly said in court on Monday that even if he eventually approves RadioShack’s choice of Standard General’s bid in the retailer’s bankruptcy auction, the deal may not close because of continuing conflict between the Fort Worth, Texas-based retailer’s creditors.
