Copaken Brooks and EPC Real Estate Group LLC are preparing to break ground on the first-ever high-rise apartment project in Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District.

ARTerra, a 12-story, 125-unit building, will rise from the heart of the arts district at 21st and Wyandotte streets.
