D.C. startup Aquicore adds advisers from HelloWallet, O-Power and Bloomberg BNA

District-based energy software company Aquicore has added advisory board members from two prominent D.C. startups — Revell Horsey, co-founder of the recently acquired HelloWallet, and Ben Foster, former head of product management at Opower— to help with the company’s business strategy and product development.

Dmitri Mehlhorn, former president of Bloomberg BNA Legal, was also recently recruited, and will advise on marketing strategies and talent recruitment.
