Pull those low-mpg tractor-trailers off the road. Daimler Trucks North America has designed a “SuperTruck” that beats even the 2018 federal efficiency requirements for big trucks.

The sleek concept truck was unveiled last week at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Ky., and promises 12.2 miles per gallon, a 50 percent improvement over the big rigs on the road today.
