Developer pitches 170 units between Columbia Heights and U Street Metro stations

Aria Development Group continues to expand its presence in the Washington rental market, submitting plans to redevelop two existing Columbia Heights apartment buildings, located within a half-mile of two Metro stations, as a single, 170-unit residential structure.

The site, steps from the Cardozo High School campus, is six blocks from both the Columbia Heights and U Street Metro stations, putting it within relatively easy walking distance of the shopping and night life of both communities.
