Done deal: Florida company closes on purchase of Starks Building

The Starks Building has been sold, according to a source close to the deal.

Business First has learned that Delray Beach, Fla.-based Hudson Holdings Co. closed on the sale of the 346,000-square-foot building at 455 S. Fourth St. in downtown Louisville yesterday. The company purchasedit from an affiliate of Santa Monica, Calif.-based Hertz Investment Group LLC for $14.25 million, according to the report.
