Downtown Wichita developers charged with 61 counts of securities fraud

Two downtown Wichita developers, Michael Elzufon and David Lundberg, have each been charged with 61 felony counts of securities fraud.

The pair operated as Real Development in Wichita and has been referred to as the “Minnesota Guys.”
